We stayed here for 6 nights in July. The hotel is lovely, and the location is great, beside the Nice-Ville train station and Gare Thiers tram stop. It is also only a short walk to Jean Médecin which has both tram lines. It is very easy to get to anywhere in Nice, and beyond, from this hotel. We bought a 7-day pass at one of the tram-stop machines which covered all our trams and busses for the week. The hotel has homemade lemonade in the lobby and complimentary water in our room on arrival. The hotel serves a buffet breakfast and there are also lots of food places within a 2–3-minute walk. The air conditioning in our room was much appreciated. The shower worked well for two showers a day, although there was a smell from the tap in the sink when it was turned on – not nice when brushing your teeth. There was a full-length mirror in the room and a big mirror in the bathroom. There were lots of different lighting options in the room too, and a Nespresso machine. The room had everything we needed – a mini fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, towels, pillows and plugs, etc. The safe did not work – the lock combination was already set. The room was cleaned daily. There was a modern tv, although it did not have the correct remote control so options on it were limited. We could plug our memory stick into the tv but could not get it to show up on the screen. The staff are very friendly and there was a lovely blackboard at the bottom of the stairs which was updated with sweet messages daily – it made me smile every morning. The room was very comfortable and clean, the perfect size for two people. When we checked out, we were offered complimentary water for our journey to the airport. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel due its close location to the central station. It made our daily trips very easy. However, as with any hotel close to central train station, this hotel also had some "safety" issues regarding the crowd around of it. It didn't feel safe when we arrived to hotel late in the night. The gate is locked and there is a guard in the hotel, so the hotel does everything to make their guests feel safe but the drink and drugged crowd outside is something to be aware of. As long as you are alerted about this, I think it's manageable. At least it was for us for 2 nights. The rooms are tiny but we managed to fit in with 2 suitcases. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It takes 20 min to walk down to the sea side and if you would travel by the train during your stay, I would advise this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel lets you decide how often you want to change your sheets and towels, so you can stay clean, while at the same time being environmentally friendly. The room is equipped with a small fridge, a kettle for tee and a coffee maker. There is also water available in the main hall. The property is strategically positioned, being just minutes away from both train station and main city street, also just a 15 minute walk to the sea and just a 10 minute walk from the tram station that takes you to/from the airport. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. For that price this property is an absolute steal.

We loved the people working there, starting from the cleaning staff to the reception desk assistants. Special thanks to Jules who was super nice and always ready to help. The hotel responded to my messages that I have sent before our stay asap. The location is also great. Walking distance to Place Massena and just 2 mins from Nice Ville train station. The breakfast was tasty and the ladies responsible for the room were always hands-on. The air-conditioning was working properly so we could adjust the temperature to our needs. The room and bathroom were clean, beds comfortable. It met our expectations. Good value for money:)

Great location for those interested to do day trips from Nice - you are 2 minutes away from the main train station and about 15 min by foot from the Promenade area so less tourists in this neighborhood. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in a 3 stars hotel - there's a lot of variety and quantity, most are local products (even awarded cheeses and jams from Menton), everything is fresh and you can even prepare some stuff on your own (boil your eggs, make your own orange juice, heat your pancakes, etc.) Staff is very friendly and open to help with any request you might have.
